These were super-easy and a great way to get into the fun on St. Pat’s. Though, the cheerful green is great for any Springtime occasion.
I started from this recipe. I used: three large red potatoes with the skins left on- (this time I used the salt when boiling them), 1/2 bar of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of faux butter, 1/4 cup of vanilla rice milk, & a few drops of green food coloring. (Yes, these are very filling). I mixed it using the flat beater. That’s all there is to it.
