Wordless Wednesday: Falafel-ball Sandwich

Oh my gosh, this was good! Obviously, you have to be very hungry for this. Otherwise, I’d recommend sharing.

Cake pan, lined with foil and sprayed with olive oil. Piece of long Italian roll, also sprayed. Tomato sauce on roll. Falafel balls. Tomato sauce over them. Provolone cheese. Nutritional yeast and Italian seasonings. Baked at 325F and kept an eye on it.
